During this time, she worked closely with clients from various industries and for various advertising agencies giving her the opportunity to learn about the various communication tools, marketing and communications strategy, fostering client relationship, professionalism and team work. Nathalie Erdmanis Vice-President Marketing Brussels Airlines
After finishing her Master’s Degree in Commercial Engineering at Solvay Business School (ULB) in Brussels, Nathalie started her career at Danone as Brand Marketer. She then went on to work for Winterthur Europe Assurances (AXA group) and later for Spa and Bru mineral water provider, Spadel s.a.. She worked for McDonald's as Marketing & Communications Director for 7 years then she moved to the Telco industry as Marketing Director Residential at Mobistar (Orange Group). Now she is VP Marketing at Brussels Airlines. During her career, Nathalie has received awards such as Nominated Marketer of the Year in 2009 and Media Advertiser of the Year 2009 and won a long term Silver Effie Award for McDonald's in 2012.
Julien Galand Marketing Manager Social Beverages PepsiCo BeNeLux
Julien is the marketing lead for Pepsico BeNeLux. He has built his career in sales and then in marketing on brands like Axe, Rexona, Dove, Danio and Solo mainly in Belgium and the Netherlands. He is passionate about brands and loves to see a plan delivering impact and sales in a market. In his spare time he love to kite surf with his family.
Stephan Smets Managing Director ENGAGE BBDO
Stephan is Managing Director and Co-founder of ENGAGE BBDO, a member agency of the BBDO Worldwide Network, specialised in brand activation and customer engagement. He started his career at Nestlé where he was responsible for instant drinks (Nescafé, Nesquik) and was later co-founder of N’lil, one of the first sales promotion agencies. He is former president of the Belgian Association of Communications Companies-Expert Center Brand Activation and is now board member of the European IMC council. Stephan Smets is a guest speaker at different marketing and advertising institutions such as the Belgian Marketing Fund, VLEKHO, Ghent University, Plato, 360° Academy and Student Marketing Congress and teaches at the UBA Academy (Federation of Belgian advertisers).

Prior to joining Momentum in 2008, he was founder and co-owner of a leading local agency in Prague. During his 18 years in the advertising industry, he has worked for more than 100 clients from many different business sectors in the Czech Republic. Ondrej works as New Business Director at g-in* agency in Prague. He has been working in advertising for over 16 years. During his career, Ondrej worked in the creative department of TBWA Prague and of Wunderman, part of Young&Rubicam. In 2000, he co-founded the strategic and creative agency Garp, which specialises in integrated marketing and digital communication. For the first 5 years, Ondrej worked there as a Strategic Planner and has now taken over the Business Development department.

Milan has been working in advertising since 1994. He was Creative Director in the Slovak advertising agency VACULIK Advertising (now Made By Vaculik) and was involved in creating advertising campaigns for many local and foreign brands such as TATRA BANKA, Eurotel, T-Mobile Slovakia, T-Mobile Czech Republic, AEGON, AVON, Panasonic and IKEA. He is currently Editor-in-Chief of the Czech magazine Marketing & Media.

Will Rust Executive Creative Director Ogilvy & Mather Czech Republic
Will got into advertising through necessity after being fired by McDonald's in 1992. Swapping burgers for typography and art direction (on his Dad's advice), he spent many years agency-hopping before deciding Ogilvy was the place to be. Since his first ECD position, every single agency he has led has topped their national creative rankings, winning Agency of the Year titles across the board. He also helped deliver the Ukraine office the title of "Most effective agency in Europe" according to the 2012 Effie global index. He has won awards made of metal, wood & paper at Cannes, Clio, D&AD, OneShow, London International and pretty much all the others. Will now works for Ogilvy Czech Republic, one of the largest communications groups in Europe and now the most awarded agency in the country. He loves his wife, kids, cat and music. Not necessarily in that order.
Martin Tosenovsky CED Leemon Concept, s.r.o.
At only 21, Martin founded his own network of agencies LEEMON. It was just after he had been awarded a prize for graphic design in the Czech Republic in 2001. He graduated from Tomas Bata University in Zlín with a degree in Multimedia and Design. Nowadays, his services are widely used by important personalities and multinational companies when making key decisions in their strategic planning. Martin’s strengths lie on his ability to turn simple solutions into strong conceptual stories. He is not afraid of making radical changes or supporting traditional solutions. He has backed a lot of strategic marketing steps because of his post as a consultant of many institutions in the Moravian-Silesian Region. Peter Draeger has been Managing Director at Grey Shopper since 2000. In addition to classical POS marketing, one of his main working areas is marketing for B2B clients. On completion of his studies, he joined Grey Shopper as a trainee and quickly became familiar with all areas of work in a modern agency. He later assumed the duties of Account Director and Management Supervisor, before being appointed to the company management. She was part of the team for the launch campaign Audi A2 and illy coffee in Greece and for the award winning campaign of Audi TT which was a finalist in Cannes back in 2002. Daphni graduated from Deree College, The American College of Greece with a BS in Business Administration in 1997. A movie buff and gig enthusiast, she chose to work in the film and music entertainment industry. She worked for leading companies in film production and distribution and live concert promotion. She joined OgilvyOne in 2007 as an Account Director to explore equally diverse, creative and challenging fields in digital advertising. During the last year in the group, he supervised the strategic integration of the communications projects for both Rapp Collins, Tribal DDB and DDB. He is head of strategy and chairman of LiveXtension, the Digital Magics marketing & communications agency, who is very focused on digital creativity, social and direct response media for major Italian clients.

Jur is the owner of Fitzroy where they assign brands to entrepreneurs and are always ready to juggle their busy schedules to meet the planning of marketers.

Olivier Koning is Managing Director at Being There in Amsterdam. He studied Economic Psychology at Tilburg University and started his career in advertising as a planner. Alvaro Ales has worked as marketer at some of the best known companies in the spirits industry until he founded a Marketing & Communications agency. For 5 years, he was in the Marketing department of Diageo, first in London working for brands such as Croft, Gonzalez Byass and later in Spain for J&B Scotch Whisky. Alvaro also worked for 4 years for Pernod Ricard where he was responsible for marketing brands such as Larios Gin, Jameson and Wild Turkey amongst others. Hugo is a Colombian ad man, musician and illustrator. He began his career as a copywriter in JWT Colombia’s holding company, Tempo and later at SSA Bates where he earned several Latin-American awards. Then he worked writing articles for the Colombian newspaper “El Espectador” and in 1998 he joined the Sancho BBDO team where he was Creative Director and later promoted to Chief Creative Officer. His work has been recognised in local, regional and global festivals like FIAP, El Ojo de Iberoamérica, Effie, El Sol Festival in Spain, London Festival, Epica, New York Festival and Cannes Lions.

Following a BA Buisness Studies degree, Fiona began her career in Below-The-Line marketing. Over the last 25 years, she has worked with a number of leading brands delivering award-winning multi-channel promotions. Whilst at 141, Fiona headed up the Britvic Soft Drinks account leading a partnership between Robinsons & Disney resulting in bi-annual on-pack offers & retailer activation in addition to the recognised Wimbledon summer promotions. Fiona joined Bray Leino 8 years ago and now heads the brand activation department supporting many clients.

Lisa is Managing Director of the Marketing Store, a global communications agency specialising in changing consumer behaviour. Her career spans more than 20 years working with iconic brands including Vodafone, McDonald’s, Shell, Unilever, Carlsberg and Diageo.
Peter Kerr Managing Director MRM
Peter is Managing Director of Multi Resource Marketing Ltd (MRM). His career in Promotional Marketing goes back to the early 80's and he has a rare combination of experience having spent this time working within client, agency and fulfillment organisations. He founded MRM in 1993 and has only recently led this organisation into the HighCo Group where he hopes to fulfill his long held ambition of creating with HighCo a truly European capability across a wide range of promotional marketing techniques and logistics. Peter has sat on the EACA judging panel before as well as being an IPM Awards panel chairman each year, he is also an IPM Diploma examiner for the IPM Education panel. In addition our annual awards were recovered from Haymarket and successfully re-branded year on year and, to bridge the gap in our marketing press coverage, took control of Sales Promotion magazine and with the services sector very much in mind Peter introduced the ISP Certificate, the “Making it Happen awards” (now COGS) and was instrumental in the ARM accreditation scheme.
Jamie Matthews CEO Initials
Jamie left university with a degree and CIM Diploma in Marketing before jumping straight into agency life in Triangle where he spent 6 years. His experience covered a full range of clients and disciplines, including Lloyds TSB, Safeway, Whitbread, and Barclays Bank. He then joined Billington Cartmell where he spent 18 months heading up their Kraft and Unilever accounts. In 2006, Jamie set up Initials along with Richard Barrett and Kevin Twittey as Managing Director. Although holding this position in the agency, he works hard to ensure the majority of his time spent adds value to client business. He is also an active member in the industry having judged and chaired many awards panels across the MAA, IPM, and Globes Awards, and has now recently taken up the post of Deputy Chairman of the MAA. Jamie also recently set up a new company in the UK called Sellcheck which offers clients the ability to produce more effective shopper led communication through the combination of eye tracking simulation software and advice offered by expert panelists.
Gary Rapps Managing Director Toucan
Gary has nearly 30 years of experience in delivering trade, shopper and consumer marketing solutions on both sides of the fence. He began his career client side, working in the ambient and chilled grocery sectors, before co-founding Toucan - one of the UK’s leading independent marketing communications agencies. As MD of Toucan, recent winner of the IPM’s 2014 Best On-pack Promotional Campaign Award, Gary continues to lead his dedicated team to support brands on their journey from creation to consumption.
Marcus Sandwith Managing Director Haygarth
Marcus joined Haygarth in 1999 where he worked his way up to MD. Today as well as his MD responsibilities, he oversees and is proactively involved in new business, promotional, experiential and digital divisions and takes an active role in clients such as Procter & Gamble and Vodafone. He is also heavily involved with Haygarth Client Services across the group and company financial planning. Marcus’s previous background was as a specialist in promotional marketing cultivating a broad range of experience across different industries with clients such as Nokia, Tesco, BBC and SC Johnson.
Joanne Varey Managing Director Granby Marketing Services
Joanne has 18 years’ experience in the Marketing Services sector, many of which have been spent at Granby where she has held a role in nearly every area of the business. She is responsible for the planning, implementation and management of some of the UK’s largest promotional marketing campaigns. Joanne has achieved industry honours including an ISP Making It Happen Award and 3 IPM COGS Awards. She acquired Granby through a management buy-out in 2013. She also sits on the Tele-Marketing & Contact Centre Council for the DMA.
